Select the corresponding HDMI input on the display and configure the display settings on your computer to the desired resolution (up to 4096 x 2160). Ensure the source device supports DP++ if required for passive conversion; this active converter will handle signal conversion where needed.

Recommendations

For stable 4K output, use a high-quality HDMI cable rated for 4K/60 Hz, verify that the source GPU and display support the chosen resolution and refresh rate, and keep cable runs as short as practical. If you experience no signal, check the DisplayPort source settings and try restarting both source and display.
