Cabo de fibra ótica InfiniBand BlueOptics 10G-SFP-TWX-0308-BL 3 m SFP+ macho/macho

The BlueOptics 10G-SFP-TWX-0308-BL is a 3 m InfiniBand/fibre optic cable with SFP+ male connectors on both ends, engineered for high-speed data transmission and stable network links. Designed for use in demanding networking environments, the cable supports 10 Gbps-class connections and offers a compact, flexible assembly suitable for rack and chassis installations where short-distance high-throughput links are required.

Advantages

This BlueOptics cable provides low-latency, high-bandwidth performance in a 3 metre length that minimizes excess cabling in dense installations. The SFP+ male-to-male configuration enables direct connection between compatible SFP+ ports without additional adapters. The design emphasizes signal integrity and reliable mating retention for repeated insertions, while the fibre construction reduces electromagnetic interference compared with copper alternatives.

Suitable for

• Short-distance high-speed links between switches, servers and storage in data centres
• InfiniBand and fibre channel deployments requiring SFP+ connectivity
• Rack-to-rack or chassis-to-chassis connections within networking cabinets
• Environments where reduced electromagnetic interference is necessary

Key specifications

• Connector type: SFP+ male on both ends
• Length: 3 metres
• Transmission: fibre optic / InfiniBand-compatible for 10 Gbps-class links
• Cable colour: blue
• Form factor: compact SFP+ assembly suitable for high-density ports

How to use

Insert each SFP+ connector into matching SFP+ ports on the devices to be linked, ensuring the connectors are oriented correctly and fully seated until the retention mechanism engages. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and maintain the minimum bend radius recommended for fibre optic assemblies. Verify link status on both devices and confirm negotiated speed and duplex settings where applicable.

Recommendations

Handle the fibre cable by the connector housings and avoid excessive pulling or tight bends. For reliable operation, keep connector end-faces clean and protect unused ports with dust caps. Use this cable for short-reach 10 Gbps-class connections in controlled environments such as data centres and server rooms.
