Cabo de fibra ótica InfiniBand BlueOptics SFP3133BU7.5MK 7,5 m LC 2x ST

BlueOptics SFP3133BU7.5MK is a 7.5 m InfiniBand fibre optic patch cord with a duplex LC/UPC connector on one end and 2x ST/PC connectors on the other. The cable uses G.657.A1 single-mode fibre (E9/125 µm) optimized for 1310 nm and 1550 nm transmission and is finished in yellow with a flame-retardant LSZH jacket. Constructed from branded fibre and high-quality zirconia ferrule connectors, this LC–ST patch cord is engineered for low attenuation, high return loss and reliable interconnection between patch panels, optical transceivers and InfiniBand ports.

Advantages

The cable offers low attenuation (0.4 dB/km) and high return loss, with polished connector options to further optimise signal reflection. Connectors use ceramic ferrules and branded components to ensure long mating cycle life and consistent performance. The LSZH jacket reduces smoke and halogen emissions in fire scenarios, while production testing with interferometer and OTDR provides documented insertion loss and return loss values for each unit.

How to use

Ensure both equipment ports and cable connectors are clean and free of dust before making connections. Align and insert the duplex LC/UPC connector into the corresponding LC port and connect the two ST/PC connectors to their ST ports, avoiding excessive bending of the fibre near the connectors. Secure the cable along its route to prevent strain on the connectors and maintain recommended bend radii for single-mode fibre.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the included test protocol to verify insertion loss and return loss after installation. Avoid tight bends and kinks; maintain the manufacturer’s minimum bend radius. When deploying in shared or enclosed spaces, choose the LSZH jacketed cable to minimise smoke and halogen release in the event of fire.
