Cabo de fibra ótica METZ CONNECT 151S1JOJO20E 2 m 2x LC rosa

The METZ CONNECT 151S1JOJO20E is a 2 m OM4 multimode fibre optic cable with LC connectors on both ends. Designed for high-speed data transmission, the cable uses a 50 µm core diameter to support demanding network links in data centers, server rooms and enterprise networks. The pink jacket provides easy visual identification in cable bundles while the assembly maintains signal integrity across short and medium distances.

Advantages

This fibre optic patch cable delivers low attenuation and consistent modal bandwidth due to OM4 grading and precise connector polishing. Its duplex LC-to-LC termination ensures reliable bidirectional connections with compact connectors that save port space. The 2 m length is suitable for rack-to-rack, patch panel to switch, or transceiver connections without excessive slack, and the coloured outer jacket simplifies identification and routing in dense installations.

Suitable for

• Data center patching between switches, servers and patch panels
• High-performance computing (HPC) cluster interconnects
• Telecom and enterprise backbone links within buildings
• Short to medium reach multimode transceiver connections (SR optics)

Key specifications

• Fiber type: OM4 multimode
• Core diameter: 50 µm
• Connector configuration: duplex LC on both ends (2x LC to 2x LC)
• Cable length: 2 meters
• Jacket colour: pink
• Suitable for multimode short-range high-bandwidth applications

How to use

Connect each LC connector to the corresponding LC port on the patch panel, switch, transceiver or optical module, ensuring correct polarity for duplex links. Avoid bending the cable beyond its minimum bend radius and secure excess length to prevent strain on connectors. Inspect connector endfaces before insertion and clean if necessary to maintain low loss and reliable performance.

Recommendations

For optimal results, use this OM4 cable with compatible multimode SR optics and maintain clean connector endfaces. Label both ends to reflect connection endpoints, route cables to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress, and keep spare length coiled with a gentle radius to preserve performance.
