Cabo de instalação Equip Cat.7 S/FTP, LSZH, cobre maciço, 100 m

The Network Cable Equip Cat.7 S/FTP 100m Orange is a solid-installation cable intended for high-speed data transmission in structured cabling. It features solid copper conductors, S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference, and an LSZH jacket for low smoke and halogen-free indoor use. The 100 m length and bright orange colour make it suitable for long runs and easy identification during installation.

Advantages

This Cat.7 S/FTP cable provides improved protection against crosstalk and external noise thanks to individual foil shielding and an overall braided shield. Solid copper conductors deliver stable signal performance for permanent cabling. The LSZH outer sheath minimizes toxic fumes in case of fire and meets requirements for indoor installations. The orange jacket simplifies cable management and identification in multi-cable environments.

Suitable for

• 1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet links
• 100BASE-TX Fast Ethernet and legacy networks
• Structured building cabling and long horizontal runs up to 100 m
• Indoor installations where LSZH material is required

How to use

Route the Equip Cat.7 S/FTP cable through conduits or cable trays to the required endpoints, observing a maximum horizontal run of 100 m for standard Ethernet links. Terminate the solid conductors with compatible Cat.7 keystone jacks or patch panels following manufacturer crimping or punching instructions. Maintain proper bend radius and avoid excessive pulling force during installation to preserve shielding integrity and conductor continuity.

Recommendations

For best results, use the cable in combination with Cat.7-rated components and ensure proper grounding of the shield. Avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines to reduce interference. Verify local building codes for LSZH requirements before installation.
