Cabo de ligação de fibra ótica ROLINE OM3 50/125 µm LC/SC 1 m

The ROLINE Fibre Optic Jumper Cable OM3 50/125µm LC/SC 1 m is a duplex multimode patch cable designed for high-performance short-distance data transmission. It uses OM3-grade multimode fibre with a 50 µm core and is assembled with LC and SC connectors to ensure broad compatibility with network equipment. The cable construction and precise connector assembly deliver low insertion loss and low back reflection for reliable links in data centres and network racks.

Advantages

This OM3 jumper offers optimized assembly and quality connectors that result in excellent transmission characteristics, including reduced insertion loss and improved return loss. The compact conductor design, with the fibre movable in a secondary coating, supports flexible routing in dense installations. Duplex configuration enables simultaneous send and receive channels for full-duplex communication.

Suitable for

• Short-distance connections in data centres and server rooms
• Patch panels, switches and transceivers with LC or SC ports
• High-speed multimode networks requiring OM3 performance

How to use

Inspect connectors and ports for dust or damage before connection. Align the LC and SC connectors with the corresponding ports on your equipment and insert until they click or seat firmly. Route the duplex cable without sharp bends and avoid tight cable ties to maintain fibre performance. For removal, release any connector latch and pull straight out to prevent stress on the fibre.

Recommendations

For best performance, use in installations that support OM3 multimode specifications and keep connector endfaces clean by using appropriate cleaning tools or wipes. Store and handle the cable carefully to prevent kinks and excessive bending radius.
