100% Pure Copper

A key element ensuring reliability, minimal signal attenuation and excellent transmission performance is the use of cables made of 100% pure copper. These wires, with a thickness of 24 AWG, guarantee full capacity and reliability of the connection over the entire length of the cable (100 m). The use of pure copper, as opposed to alloys, is fundamental to achieving stable and long-lasting network performance.

How to use

Measure and plan the cable route considering outdoor exposure and bending radius. Unwind the required length from the self-winding reel and fix the cable along the route using appropriate clamps or ties, avoiding sharp bends and excessive tension. Strip the outer sheath and foil shield where connectors or terminations are required, maintaining the grounding conductor and following standard Cat5e termination procedures (T568A or T568B) when fitting RJ45 connectors or connecting to patch panels and CCTV equipment.

Recommendations

For outdoor deployments, run the cable in conduit or protected trays where possible to reduce UV and mechanical wear. Terminate and seal outdoor connection points to prevent moisture ingress. Do not exceed recommended pull tension and maintain proper bend radius to preserve cable performance.
