Cabo de rede LOGON FTP Cat5e 7 m, RJ-45–RJ-45, 1000 Mbit/s, verde

LOGON FTP Cat5e patch cable, 7 m length, is a shielded Ethernet cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends designed for wired LAN connections. The cable follows the Cat5e standard and supports data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s, making it suitable for Gigabit Ethernet links between devices such as routers, switches, PCs and networked peripherals. The cable's green jacket makes it easy to identify in multi-cable installations and helps maintain an organized network layout.

Advantages

The FTP (Foiled Twisted Pair) construction provides additional protection against electromagnetic interference compared with unshielded alternatives, improving signal integrity in environments with nearby electrical equipment. With factory-terminated RJ-45 connectors and adherence to Cat5e specifications, this cable offers reliable plug-and-play connectivity for standard Ethernet ports. The 7 m length covers typical room-to-room and rack-to-desk runs without requiring extension, while the visible green color aids cable management.

Suitable for

• Connecting a router to a switch or access point within a home or small office
• Linking desktop computers, NAS devices or printers to a local network
• Cable runs between network racks, patch panels and wall sockets in offices
• Temporary setups for events or workspace rearrangements where a 7 m lead is needed

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat5e (shielded, FTP)
• Length: 7 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 male – RJ-45 male
• Maximum data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Shielding: foil shield around twisted pairs
• Outer jacket color: green

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your router, switch or modem and the other connector into the network port of the destination device. Ensure connectors click fully into place to confirm a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference where possible. For rack installations, use cable ties or velcro straps to secure the cable and maintain tidy runs.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines and keep bend radius larger than the cable diameter. Inspect connectors periodically for debris and replace the cable if the jacket or connectors are damaged. Use shielded patch panels or properly grounded equipment when deploying shielded FTP cables to ensure effective EMI protection.
