The cable uses 23 AWG stranded copper conductors with a PVC outer jacket and overall diameter of 7.3 mm. Its foil-shielded F/UTP (FTP) construction and 250 MHz rating support reliable 10 Gigabit Ethernet performance over typical horizontal and backbone runs. The product is supplied on a cardboard pack and is rated for operation between -30 °C and 50 °C.
