Cabo de rede Vivolink VLDG22L-B 22AWG 2m

This desk grommet requires a 22mm hole in the desk. The larger version fits through desk plates up to 55mm thick and is designed so that Vivolink HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C or RJ45 cable heads can be led through the desk without cutting the cable. The grommet is available in aluminium and black oxidised aluminium, compatible with the Vivolink VLDG22L-B networking cable and other cables with similar connector heads.

Advantages

The grommet’s 22mm insertion diameter accommodates common connector heads while preserving cable integrity and preventing wear at the desk entry point. Its larger depth option supports desks up to 55mm, offering a neat, low-profile finish. Two material/finish options provide corrosion resistance and a choice to match desk aesthetics.

Suitable for

• Routing Vivolink VLDG22L-B RJ45 networking cables through desks
• Passing HDMI, DisplayPort or USB-C cables with connector heads through a desk without cutting
• Office and home workstation cable management where desk thickness is up to 55mm

Key specifications

• Required desk hole diameter: 22 mm
• Suitable desk plate thickness: up to 55 mm (large version)
• Materials/finishes: aluminium, black oxidised aluminium
• Compatible connector types: HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C, RJ45 (cable head passthrough)

How to use

Drill a 22 mm diameter hole in the desk at the desired cable entry point. Insert the grommet so the flange sits flush with the desk surface; for thicker desks, use the large version that supports up to 55 mm plate thickness. Feed the cable head (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C or RJ45) through the grommet opening from above or below as needed so the connector passes without bending or cutting the cable. Ensure the grommet is seated securely to prevent movement.

Recommendations

Use the grommet with cables whose connector heads match the grommet opening; do not force oversized connectors. For best results with the Vivolink VLDG22L-B networking cable, route the cable gently and avoid sharp bends near the connector to maintain signal integrity.
