How to use

Adjust the chair height and armrest positions to align elbows roughly at desk level. Use the recline mechanism to set a comfortable backrest angle between 90° and 155°; the ROG Dynamic Synchronized Recline system keeps the spine in contact with the backrest during movement. Move the lumbar pad and headrest to the height and depth that provide optimal support. The 4D armrests can be rotated and shifted to suit mouse and keyboard placement. Sit with feet flat on the floor and the seat depth supporting your thighs for prolonged sessions.

Recommendations

For extended gaming or work sessions, periodically adjust the recline and lumbar support to vary posture and reduce static load. Verify armrest height and distance to maintain a neutral shoulder position and prevent reaching.
