How to use

Install the rack on a suitable load-bearing wall using appropriate anchors and fasteners, ensuring the wall surface and fixings support the fully loaded weight. Open the front door using the supplied key to attach 19-inch equipment to the vertical mounting rails; adjust rail position if the cabinet provides adjustable depth. Route cables through designated entry points or gland plates, maintain separation between power and data cabling as required, and secure cables with ties or clips. After mounting and connecting equipment, close and lock the door to maintain the IP66 protection level.

Recommendations

Ensure that ventilation and heat dissipation are adequate for installed devices; for equipment that generates significant heat use forced ventilation or temperature-controlled enclosures. Verify sealing around cable entries after installation to preserve the IP66 rating. For outdoor or corrosive environments consider corrosion-resistant mounting hardware and periodic inspection of seals and lock mechanisms.
