Calha para rack Rittal AX 2394.300, aço, conjunto de 4, 1,12 kg cada

Rittal AX 2394.300 rack rail set includes four steel rails designed for mounting equipment in 19" server, network and industrial cabinets. The rails have a steel finish and each rail weighs 1.12 kg. The set is supplied as four pieces and provides additional mounting points inside an enclosure without requiring machining. Rails can be mounted on the cabinet sides and roof to create secure support for a variety of components.

Advantages

The steel construction offers robust support and durability for IT and telecom equipment. Pre-finished rails eliminate the need for on-site machining and reduce installation time. Supplied as a complete set of four, the rails enable consistent alignment and stable mounting of devices across the rack. Their design allows integration with common punched sections and accessory mounting points.

Key specifications

How to use

Position the rails at the desired mounting height inside the cabinet and attach them to the enclosure sides or roof using the cabinet's existing fixing points. Align the set of four rails to ensure consistent 19" spacing and secure each rail firmly. Once installed, use the rails to mount equipment, punched sections with mounting flanges, cable clamp rails or other accessories. No additional machining is required, but ensure fasteners are appropriate for the enclosure material and load.

Recommendations

Confirm the required load capacity before mounting heavy equipment and distribute weight evenly across multiple rails. Verify compatibility of punched sections and accessories with the rail mounting flange dimensions and use corrosion-appropriate fasteners in humid or industrial environments.
