How to use

Mount the dome camera on a ceiling or wall using appropriate anchors and follow the manufacturer’s installation instructions. Connect the device to your network switch or PoE injector using a standard Ethernet cable to provide both power and data. Configure recording parameters, resolution and digital pan-tilt-zoom settings via the Ubiquiti management interface or compatible VMS. Adjust IR and exposure settings if required for night-time scenes.

Recommendations

Install the camera at a height and angle that maximizes panoramic coverage while reducing obstructions. Use a PoE switch with sufficient power budget and configure secure network access. For reliable night performance, avoid direct reflective surfaces in the camera’s IR path.
