Câmara de vigilância IP dome AXIS P3285-LVE 1920x1080 Full HD, 2,8–9,8 mm varifocal, 0,02 lx, rotação 190°, interior/exterior teto/parede

AXIS P3285-LVE is a wired IP dome security camera designed for both indoor and outdoor ceiling or wall installation. It captures Full HD 1920×1080 video with a 1/2.8" CMOS sensor and a 2.8–9.8 mm varifocal lens, delivering clear images in a compact dome form factor. The camera supports very low-light operation down to 0.02 lx and offers OptimizedIR for monitoring in complete darkness. With 190° rotation capability and Axis Zipstream compression supporting AV1, H.264 and H.265, the device balances image quality with reduced bandwidth and storage requirements.

Advantages

AXIS P3285-LVE provides high-quality 2 MP imagery with technologies that improve performance in challenging lighting, including Lightfinder 2.0 and Forensic WDR for color fidelity and detail in low light. Integrated OptimizedIR extends visibility at night without auxiliary illumination. The camera runs AI-based analytics on the edge using a deep learning processing unit, enabling on-device classification and counting of humans and vehicles while reducing the need for central processing. Built-in cybersecurity with Axis Edge Vault and physical intrusion detection enhance device protection for sensitive installations. The dome housing is rated for impact and weather resistance, enabling robust outdoor use across a wide temperature range.

Suitable for

• Perimeter and entrance monitoring for commercial buildings
• Indoor surveillance in corridors, lobbies and retail spaces
• Parking lots and driveways where wide or varifocal coverage is needed
• Public facilities requiring vandal-resistant, weatherproof cameras

How to use

Install the AXIS P3285-LVE on a ceiling or wall using appropriate mounting hardware and follow local cabling standards for wired Ethernet connection. Configure network settings and choose the desired compression (AV1, H.264 or H.265) to optimize storage and bandwidth. Use the camera's web interface or Axis management software to set exposure, WDR and Lightfinder 2.0 parameters for best image quality under expected lighting conditions. Enable AXIS Object Analytics and AXIS Audio Analytics as needed and configure privacy masks or AXIS Live Privacy Shield for compliant monitoring. Verify rotation and framing, and test OptimizedIR performance at night to confirm coverage.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, mount the camera where it has an unobstructed view and adequate thermal ventilation. Use PoE-enabled network switches or compliant power sources and maintain firmware updates to benefit from security and feature improvements. Adjust varifocal lens and rotation during commissioning to achieve the required field of view; consider selecting a tele or wide lens option if longer-range or more focused surveillance is needed. Regularly inspect seals and mounting hardware in harsh outdoor environments to preserve IP66 and IK10 protection.
