The DAHUA HDW3649H-ASPV0280B-PRO is a 6MP IR Eyeball surveillance camera offering high-resolution imaging and infrared illumination for reliable monitoring day and night. Built for outdoor use, it supports PoE and 12 VDC power, on-board storage up to 512 GB, and a range of I/O ports including audio in/out, RJ45, and alarm inputs/outputs. The compact dome form factor and M16 lens mount simplify installation in varied environments.

Advantages

This 6 Mega Pixel camera provides 3288 × 1850 effective pixels and a 1/1.8" sensor for detailed image quality. Infrared illumination and a minimum illumination of 0.0004 Lux ensure visibility in very low light. Wide electronic shutter range (1/3 s–1/100,000 s) and support for PoE or 12 VDC power increase installation flexibility. The camera is rated for outdoor operation from −40 °C to +60 °C and accepts microSD cards up to 512 GB.

Suitable for

• Perimeter and outdoor surveillance
• Parking lots and building entrances
• Retail and commercial property monitoring
• Low-light or night-time observation

Configure video settings and recording options through the DAHUA-compatible NVR or client software, and insert a microSD card for local storage if required. Use the built-in microphone and audio ports for two-way audio setups and wire alarm inputs/outputs to external sensors as needed.

Recommendations

For best image quality, position the camera to avoid direct bright light sources aimed at the lens and ensure the IR LEDs have a clear line of sight for optimal night performance. Use PoE where possible to simplify cabling and ensure a stable power supply; verify environmental sealing and mounting hardware for exposed outdoor installations.
