Canon DR-G2110+ removedor de agrafos - scanner

High-volume document capture often bogs down when staples and clips jam the feeder, forcing manual intervention and slowing down critical workflows. The Canon DR-G2110 solves this by pairing a robust 110 ppm production scanner with a dedicated staple remover, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted scanning even with stapled documents. This combination is engineered for service bureaus, back offices, and archival projects where speed and reliability are paramount.

Who is it for

This solution is ideal for organizations that process large volumes of mixed documents daily—think mailrooms, healthcare records departments, financial institutions, and government agencies. It suits teams that need to digitize contracts, reports, and forms quickly without pre-sorting or manually removing staples. The included staple remover makes it perfect for environments where documents arrive stapled and time is critical.

Tips

Use the staple remover on documents before loading them into the ADF to extend roller life and reduce maintenance. For mixed batches, enable auto colour detection and blank page skipping to optimize file size and processing time. When scanning fragile or thin paper, adjust the document thickness setting to prevent misfeeds. Regularly clean the scanner glass and rollers as recommended in the user manual to maintain peak performance.
