Chave de fendas c.k tools T4722ESD PH2, comprimento da lâmina 300 mm, proteção ESD

The c.k tools Screwdriver T4722ESD PH2 is a Phillips PH2 screwdriver with a 300 mm blade designed for precision electrical and electronic work where electrostatic discharge control is required. The extended blade provides increased reach to access recessed or hard-to-reach fasteners while the ESD-safe construction reduces the risk of damage to sensitive electronic components. The tool is intended for use in workshops, service centers and field maintenance tasks that call for controlled handling of circuit boards and delicate assemblies.

Advantages

The screwdriver combines a PH2 tip sized for common crosshead screws with a long 300 mm blade to allow comfortable access to deep-seated fasteners. The ESD-safe materials and construction dissipate static charges to protect electronic components during handling. The ergonomic handle provides a secure grip for controlled torque application, and the durable blade maintains tip geometry for reliable engagement with screw heads over prolonged use.

Suitable for

• Assembly and repair of electronic devices and circuit boards
• Servicing telecommunications and networking equipment
• Maintenance of consumer electronics with recessed screws
• Field service work requiring electrostatic discharge protection

Key specifications

• Screwdriver type: Phillips PH2 tip
• Blade length: 300 mm
• ESD-safe construction: materials and finish designed to control static discharge
• Handle: ergonomic design for secure grip and torque control
• Blade material: hardened steel for sustained tip integrity

How to use

Choose the PH2 tip for compatible crosshead screws and align the tip squarely with the screw head to avoid cam-out. Use the extended 300 mm blade to reach recessed fasteners while maintaining a controlled grip on the handle. Apply steady, even torque; avoid excessive force that could strip the screw or damage the tip. When working with static-sensitive electronics, ensure the screwdriver remains grounded through appropriate ESD control measures in the work area.

Recommendations

Store the screwdriver in an ESD-safe toolbox or on a grounded work mat when not in use. Periodically inspect the tip for wear and replace if rounding or damage is present. Combine with wrist straps, grounding mats and other ESD protective equipment for complete electrostatic discharge control during sensitive repairs and assembly.
