CLUB3D Adaptador Ativo DisplayPort1.4 para HDMI 4K120Hz/8K60Hz HDR M/F

The Club 3D CAC-1088 is an adapter that converts DisplayPort 1.4 signals to HDMI, enabling connection from DP1.4-equipped PCs or devices to HDMI displays that support 4K@120Hz and 8K@60Hz. Using DP1.4 DSC (Display Stream Compression) it supports video resolutions up to 8K (7680 × 4320) at 60Hz and preserves HDR metadata for improved color and motion. The adapter does not require an external power cable.

Advantages

The Club 3D CAC-1088 provides a straightforward upgrade path for devices lacking native HDMI 4K120Hz/8K60Hz output, allowing use of modern TVs and monitors. Its DP1.4 DSC support enables high-resolution output with reduced bandwidth requirements while maintaining image quality and HDR support. No external power source is needed, simplifying setup and portability.

How to use

Connect the adapter's DisplayPort end to a DP1.4 output on your computer or compatible device and plug an HDMI cable from the adapter's HDMI output to your display. Ensure the display supports the target resolution and refresh rate (for example 8K@60Hz or 4K@120Hz) and enable HDR if required in the display and source settings. The adapter uses DP1.4 DSC automatically; no driver or external power is needed.

Recommendations

For best results use high-quality certified DisplayPort and HDMI cables and verify that both source and display firmware support DP1.4 DSC and the desired HDMI refresh/resolution modes. Some displays may require enabling specific HDMI or HDR settings to achieve 8K@60Hz or 4K@120Hz.
