How to use

Install the selector in a convenient location within the audio signal path between source components and the amplifier or mixer. Connect the mono audio outputs of the source devices to the switch inputs, and connect the switch output to the input of the downstream equipment. Use the mechanical selector to choose the active input; verify signal presence and level at the receiving device. Ensure all equipment is powered down when performing wiring to prevent accidental short circuits or noise.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, keep cable runs short and use shielded audio cabling. Verify grounding and signal levels after installation. Avoid switching sources while producing high-level signals to prevent pops or transient noises. In permanent installations, label connected sources at the switch to simplify operation and maintenance.
