Conector de fibra ótica LC/LC conector fêmea/conector fêmea ShiverPeaks BS07-60000

The ShiverPeaks BS07-60000 LC/LC Female/Female fibre optic connector is a bulkhead-style coupling designed to join two LC-terminated fibre cables with minimal signal loss. Engineered for straightforward panel or wall-mount installation, this female-to-female adapter supports precise alignment of LC ferrules and provides a stable mechanical interface for singlemode and multimode network links. The connector body offers a compact footprint appropriate for dense patching environments and structured cabling systems.

Advantages

This LC/LC female-to-female bulkhead connector delivers consistent physical alignment and low insertion loss suited to data, voice, and video transmission. The bulkhead format facilitates neat panel mounting and simple cable routing while reducing stress on cable assemblies. Its standardized LC interface ensures compatibility with a wide range of LC-terminated patch cords, preserving optical performance across connections.

Suitable for

• Joining two LC-terminated fibre optic patch cords in rack or wall panels
• Data centre patching and cabinet fibre management
• Telecommunications and enterprise network backbones
• Residential or small office fibre installations requiring compact connectors

Key specifications

• Connector type: LC to LC (female/female)
• Mounting style: bulkhead / panel adapter
• Physical format: duplex footprint suitable for high-density layouts
• Compatibility: fits standard LC ferrules and LC patch cords
• Typical application: singlemode and multimode fibre networks

How to use

Install the bulkhead adapter into a compatible panel cutout or wall plate aperture, securing it with the provided retaining mechanism or screws as appropriate for the mounting system. Align each LC-terminated patch cord with the adapter ports and insert until a tactile click or seating is achieved. Verify connection polarity and test optical continuity or insertion loss with suitable test equipment to confirm proper performance before finalizing cable management.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, keep ferrule endfaces clean and protected with dust caps when not in use, use compatible LC patch cords, and avoid excessive bending or tension on connected cables. Periodically inspect and clean endfaces following industry-standard fibre cleaning procedures before mating.
