Conector keystone de fibra ótica ShiverPeaks SC-SC simplex azul (MPN 08-10210)

ShiverPeaks SC-SC Simplex blue keystone fiber optic connector provides a compact, keystone-compatible termination for single-fiber SC to SC links. Engineered for insertion into keystone wall plates and patch panels, this connector accepts standard SC simplex plugs and supports structured cabling, telecom and data center patching. The blue housing identifies the connector for typical single-mode or color-coded multimode installations where a simplex SC interface is required.

Advantages

The keystone form factor enables tool-free installation into compatible wall plates and panels, saving installation time and simplifying layout changes. The SC simplex interface ensures consistent mechanical alignment and low-loss mating with standard SC connectors. The blue color provides clear visual identification for single-mode or designated multimode runs, improving cable management in dense installations. The compact design occupies minimal panel space while providing reliable optical connections.

Suitable for

• Keystone wall plate terminations for fiber outlets
• Patch panels in telecom and data center racks
• Single-fiber SC to SC patch cord connections
• Structured cabling installations requiring simplex SC interfaces

Key specifications

• Connector type: SC to SC simplex keystone format
• Housing color: blue for visual identification
• Form factor: keystone module compatible with standard wall plates and panels
• Fiber orientation: single-fiber (simplex) termination
• Compatible plug: standard SC simplex plugs

How to use

Insert the keystone connector into a compatible keystone opening in a wall plate or patch panel until it snaps into place. Mating is achieved by connecting a standard SC simplex patch cord into the SC adapter port; ensure connectors are clean and dust-free before mating to minimize insertion loss. For removal, depress the keystone retention clip and pull the module from the plate or panel. Follow site cabling diagrams to maintain proper labeling and color coding.

Recommendations

Use appropriate fiber cleaning tools before every connection and avoid bending the fiber beyond the manufacturer’s recommended bend radius. Install into certified keystone-compatible plates or panels and verify optical performance with an appropriate test instrument after installation.
