Advantages

The pliers are manufactured according to IEC 60900 and individually tested for electrical safety, allowing safe use on live parts up to 1,000 V AC. Chrome-plated plier heads resist corrosion, while the Special DynamicJoint® design on combination pliers and diagonal cutters reduces cutting effort. The extra-long needle-nose pliers are suitable for accessing low-lying components. Multi-component handles with slip guard give a secure, non-slip grip for precise handling.

Suitable for

How to use

Select the appropriate plier type for the task: use combination pliers for gripping and twisting, diagonal cutters for cutting wires, and needle-nose pliers for reaching and positioning components in tight spaces. Hold the tool by the insulated multi-component handle, keep fingers clear of the jaws when cutting, and apply steady force. After use, store the tools dry and inspect the insulation and cutting edges regularly for damage. Do not use the insulated pliers if the handles, insulation or tool surfaces are damaged.

Recommendations

Use these VDE-insulated pliers only for work on live parts up to 1,000 V AC when the tools are intact and free of damage. Follow local safety rules and wear appropriate personal protective equipment when working on live installations.
