Conjunto de chassis de impressora OKI 45854501 peça sobresselente para impressoras OKI

Replacement frame assembly designed and manufactured by OKI as an OEM spare part for compatible OKI printers. The frame assembly is a structural component that supports internal modules, maintains alignment of moving parts and mounting points, and helps preserve correct paper path geometry. This spare part is intended for service and repair tasks where the original manufacturer frame is required to restore mechanical integrity and reliable operation.

Advantages

The OKI frame assembly provides original-equipment fit and mounting accuracy to ensure correct alignment of rollers, gears and internal components. Using the OEM frame helps reduce the risk of misalignment, paper jams and premature wear of adjoining parts. The component is manufactured to the same physical specifications as the original, which simplifies installation and ensures compatibility with factory tolerances.

Suitable for

• Repairing compatible OKI printers in offices and print shops
• Replacing a damaged or warped structural frame to restore mechanical alignment
• Service and maintenance tasks requiring original OEM components

Key specifications

• Function: structural frame assembly for internal support and alignment
• Material: durable engineered plastic and metal mounting points (as per OEM construction)
• Compatibility: designed for specified OKI printer models requiring the original frame assembly
• Role: maintains paper path geometry and component mounting accuracy

How to use

Shut down and unplug the printer before beginning any repair. Remove covers and modules as required to access the existing frame assembly, noting screw locations and cable connections. Detach any linked components such as rollers, sensors or harnesses, then remove the old frame. Position the replacement frame assembly in the printer, align mounting points and fasten screws to factory torque where specified. Reconnect cables and reinstall modules and covers, then power up the printer and perform a mechanical check to confirm smooth movement and correct paper feeding.

Recommendations

Use only appropriate tools and observe electrostatic discharge precautions. If unsure about installation, consult the service manual for the specific OKI model or engage a qualified technician to ensure correct fitment and alignment.
