Conjunto de corta-pizza e pedra de forno com suporte retangular GEFU DARIOSO G-89534

GEFU DARIOSO G-89534 is a coordinated pizza cutter and baking stone set presented with a rectangular stand designed for home pizza baking. The set combines a high-heat baking stone that promotes even browning and improved crust texture with a wheel-style pizza cutter that enables precise slicing and serving. The rectangular stand provides a stable base for the stone during baking and a convenient platform for transferring and presenting pizza directly from oven to table.

Advantages

The baking stone offers good heat retention and an even cooking surface to help reduce hot spots and achieve a crisper crust. The wheel cutter is engineered for smooth, accurate cuts through baked dough without tearing the topping. The rectangular stand supports the stone securely and doubles as a serving tray, allowing safe handling when removing the stone from the oven. Together, the components simplify home pizza preparation and serving while minimizing direct contact with hot surfaces.

Suitable for

• Baking pizzas in home ovens
• Reheating flatbreads, focaccia and similar baked goods
• Serving pizza directly from oven to table
• Cutting finished pizzas into even slices

Key specifications

• Baking surface: ceramic or cordierite-style heat-retaining stone suitable for oven temperatures
• Stand shape: rectangular support designed to hold the baking stone securely
• Cutter type: rolling wheel pizza cutter with ergonomic handle for controlled cutting
• Materials: heat-resistant stone plus metal/plastic components for the cutter and stand
• Intended use: oven baking and table serving of pizzas and flatbreads

How to use

Preheat the oven with the baking stone in place so the stone reaches the desired temperature before placing dough on it; preheating helps achieve a crispier crust and more even baking. Transfer pre-shaped pizza dough onto the hot stone using a peel or a lightly floured surface, then bake according to your recipe. After baking, use the wheel pizza cutter to slice the pizza directly on the stone or on the rectangular stand, taking care with hot surfaces and oven mitts when handling.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the baking stone, avoid thermal shock by placing a room-temperature stone into a preheated oven rather than transferring a hot stone to cold surfaces; allow the stone to cool gradually after use. Clean the cutter and stand according to manufacturer guidance; typically, scrape the stone gently and avoid using soap on porous stones. Use an appropriate pizza peel or spatula for transferring dough to protect the stone surface.
