Conjunto de discos de lixa Bosch 2608902450 Ø150 mm, 50 unid.

Pack of 50 Bosch sanding discs with a diameter of 150 mm designed for use with compatible orbital sanders. These abrasive discs are intended for surface sanding and finishing on wood, painted surfaces and similar materials. The set provides multiple discs with consistent abrasive properties to support renovation, carpentry and finishing operations that require medium to coarse sanding performance.

Advantages

The sanding disc pack offers a uniform abrasive surface across all pieces, ensuring repeatable sanding results and predictable material removal. A standard 150 mm diameter provides compatibility with many orbital sander models. Having 50 discs in one pack reduces downtime for disc changes and provides a supply for larger projects. The discs are suitable for both initial material removal and intermediate surface preparation prior to painting or sealing.

Suitable for

• Surface sanding of solid wood and composite wood materials
• Removal of old paint and varnish from furniture and panels
• Preparation of surfaces before painting, staining or sealing
• General renovation and carpentry tasks requiring medium to coarse abrasion

Key specifications

• Quantity: 50 pieces
• Diameter: 150 mm
• Intended use: orbital/random orbital sanders
• Abrasion level: medium to coarse (suitable for material removal and surface preparation)
• Material compatibility: wood, painted surfaces and similar substrates

How to use

Attach a disc to a compatible 150 mm orbital sander according to the sander manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring secure fastening before operation. Start sanding with a suitable grit level for the task and maintain even pressure and motion to avoid gouging. Replace discs as they wear to maintain effective sanding performance. Observe standard safety precautions for sanding operations, including dust extraction, eye and respiratory protection.

Recommendations

For efficient dust control, use the sanding discs with a sander that has integrated dust extraction or connect to an external vacuum. Select grit progression from coarse to finer grits to achieve the desired surface finish: begin with a coarser disc for paint or varnish removal, then move to finer grits for final preparation. Store discs flat and dry to preserve abrasive properties.
