Conjunto de facas e bloco de corte ZWILLING 35145-000-0 — 7 peças, lâminas de aço inoxidável, cabos de plástico, incluindo faca de pão, descascador, faca de cozinha, faca de fatiar, compartimento para tesouras

The ZWILLING SharpBlock combines a classic wooden block with integrated sharpening technology to protect and maintain knives from the FOUR STAR® series. Built with KIS technology, the block contains ceramic grindstones in each slot so knives are lightly sharpened each time they are removed. Slots are sized for specific blade lengths and marked with simple pictograms to indicate the suitable blade shape. This version features a brown ash wood block supplied together with a set of FOUR STAR® knives and a multi-purpose scissors.

Advantages

The SharpBlock reduces the need for manual sharpening by automatically honing each blade when it is withdrawn, preserving edge retention and blade quality. Ceramic grinding elements are positioned to sharpen at the optimal angle for each slot. The included FOUR STAR® knives have seamless ergonomic plastic handles and balanced weight distribution for reliable everyday use. Pictograms on the block simplify knife placement and selection.

Key specifications

• Product: ZWILLING SharpBlock in brown ash wood with integrated KIS technology
• Included knives: Four STAR® paring knife (10 cm), utility knife (13 cm), chef's knife (20 cm), slicing knife (20 cm), bread knife (20 cm)
• Also included: Multi-purpose scissors
• Sharpening system: Ceramic grindstones integrated in each slot
• Slot design: Each compartment sized for a specific blade to ensure correct sharpening angle

How to use

Place the knives into the matching pictogram-marked slots in the SharpBlock. Each time you remove a knife, the blade runs along the ceramic grindstones and is lightly sharpened at the preset angle. Clean knives before placing them in the block and avoid forcing oversized blades into incorrect slots. Follow normal care instructions for the FOUR STAR® knives: hand wash and dry immediately to maintain handle and blade condition.

Recommendations

For consistent results, insert and withdraw knives with a smooth, straight motion. Do not use the sharpening slots for serrated blades other than the included bread knife, and keep the block in a dry place away from direct heat or humidity.
