Conjunto de montagem para rack Rittal DK 7246.400

The Rittal DK 7246.400 rack mounting kit is a grey, steel accessory designed to support 3U of rack-mounted equipment in standard 19" racks. Supplied as a pack of two, the components provide a sturdy mounting solution for servers, network devices and other 19" compatible hardware. The kit's construction balances durability and compactness while keeping the total weight low, making it suitable for installations where reliable, space-conscious mounting is required.

Advantages

The kit is manufactured from durable steel with a corrosion-resistant finish that ensures long service life in typical IT and telecom environments. Its 3U capacity and compatibility with standard 19" racks simplify planning and integration into existing cabinets and frames. Supplied in a set of two, the pieces reduce the need for additional purchases and allow for consistent mounting across multiple devices or redundant installations.

Suitable for

• Mounting 3U servers, switches or storage units in 19" racks
• Retrofit or expansion of network cabinets and server racks
• IT closets, telecom distribution frames and data center racks
• Environments requiring compact, robust mounting hardware

Key specifications

• Material: steel with protective grey finish
• Rack compatibility: standard 19" racks
• Mounting capacity: 3U
• Quantity: pack of 2 mounting brackets/components
• Weight (pack): approximately 360 g

How to use

Install the mounting kit into the 19" rack by aligning the kit's mounting holes with the rack's uprights and securing with appropriate rack screws or cage nuts. Position equipment so that the weight is evenly distributed across the mounting points and verify that the 3U allocation provides correct vertical space for the device. Tighten fasteners to a firm, safe torque to ensure stability without over-stressing the mounting hardware. Follow any specific orientation or clearance requirements of the mounted equipment during installation.

Recommendations

Use appropriate rack screws and, where necessary, cage nuts rated for the applied load. Check rack alignment and grounding requirements before finalising installation. For heavy or vibration-prone equipment, combine these mounting components with additional support brackets or shelves to distribute load and enhance stability.
