In daily use

Load progression is simple: start with the 1.25 kg plates for micro-adjustments, stack the 2.5 kg plates for moderate jumps, and finish with the 5 kg plates for heavier sets. The plastic coating resists chipping and makes the plates easy to grip, even with sweaty hands. After training, a quick wipe with a damp cloth keeps them looking new.
