How to use

Turn off the printer and disconnect it from power before beginning any service work. Access the internal transport area following the manufacturer service manual or user guide for the Magicolor 8650DN, remove the old belt and any debris, and verify related rollers and gears are not damaged. Fit the replacement belt in the same routing and tension as the original part, ensuring it sits properly on drive pulleys and idlers. Reassemble panels, reconnect power and run a test print or paper feed to confirm correct installation and stable operation.

Recommendations

When replacing the belt, also inspect and, if necessary, clean or replace nearby rollers, drive gears and sensors to ensure reliable feeding. Use genuine-equivalent parts and follow service documentation to maintain alignment and tension; improper installation can cause feed problems or accelerated wear.
