How to use

Position the appropriate cutting or stripping area over the conductor and apply steady hand pressure until the conductor is cleanly cut or the insulation is removed. For stripping 1.5 mm² and 2.5 mm² single-wire conductors, use the precision stripping stations in the front cutting area and rotate the tool gently while maintaining light pressure. When cutting medium-hard or hard wire, use the rear cutting area near the joint for improved leverage. Inspect cutting edges periodically and keep the tool clean and lightly oiled to preserve the chrome-plated surface and hardness.

Recommendations

Use this insulated hand cable cutter only within its rated voltage limit (approved for 1,000 V AC) and inspect the insulation on the handle for damage before each use. Store the tool dry and avoid exposure to corrosive chemicals. For persistent or unusual cutting resistance, check the condition of the cutting edges and replace the tool if edges are chipped or worn beyond effective operation.
