Why choose it

Borosilicate glass resists thermal shock far better than ordinary glass, so you can move the dish straight from freezer to preheated oven without cracking. The non-porous surface won't absorb stains or odours, and it wipes clean easily even after baked-on messes. Because it is transparent, you can monitor browning and portion sizes at a glance.

Ideal use cases

• Baking individual gratins, crumbles, or lasagne portions
• Storing leftovers in the fridge or freezer
• Reheating single servings in the microwave or oven
• Serving side dishes directly at the table
• Meal prepping small portions for the week

Good to know

The Grand Chef Eco series is produced in France and focuses on durable, eco-conscious materials. The dish stacks neatly with others of the same size, and its smooth edges make it comfortable to handle. Always allow the dish to cool gradually after oven use before placing it on a cold surface.
