A119 MINI 2-G 2K 60fps WiFi, GPS video recorder

The A119 MINI 2-G is a compact video recorder supporting 2K resolution at 60fps with the new Sony STARVIS 2 sensor, providing clear, detailed recordings both during the day and at night (e.g., thanks to 2K HDR Night Vision 2.0 mode). It stands out for its miniature size, built-in GPS, high-speed 5 GHz Wi-Fi and voice control function. It also offers various parking modes (including motion detection and a time-lapse function) and automatic recording lock on collisions. It is a powerful and easy-to-use device for 24/7 vehicle protection.

Stunning recording in 2K60FPS

The A119 MINI 2-G is the first 2K video recorder with the latest STARVIS 2 sensor, which offers unparalleled image quality and excellent dynamic range. The A119 Mini 2 supports 2K recording at 60 fps, so it will capture key details such as road signs and license plates regardless of road conditions. Note that when HDR is enabled, the recording rate drops from 60 frames per second to 30.

2K HDR and Night Vision technology

The night recording function has been significantly optimized on the A119 Mini 2. The advanced IMX675 sensor allows for more light at the same light level, and 2K HDR technology balances extremely bright and dark areas, recording 2K@30fps video in HDR mode - an extremely useful tool when capturing video at night or in low light conditions.

Compact design

The A119 Mini 2, as the name suggests, features a small size comparable to a car key, making it easy to hide behind or next to the rearview mirror. The discreet installation does not restrict the field of view and is almost unnoticeable from outside the vehicle.

Intelligent voice control

The A119 Mini 2 offers convenient voice control. You can start or stop recording, take pictures or turn Wi-Fi on and off using simple voice commands in multiple languages. You don't have to use your hands anymore - let the A119 Mini 2 do the job while you focus on the road and keep your hands safely on the wheel. In addition, the A119 Mini 2 supports multiple languages and clearly informs you of setting changes or memory card errors, allowing you to fully focus on the road.

Express Wi-Fi connection

The upgraded 5 GHz Wi-Fi module built into the A119 Mini 2 provides up to 4 times faster data transfer compared to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, ensuring smooth viewing, downloading and sharing of recordings. This will save you time - faster 5 GHz Wi-Fi significantly affects the instant transfer of files.

24/7 parking monitoring

Smart parking modes protect your car even when you're not at it, giving you peace of mind any day, anywhere. Features include auto event detection, which automatically starts recording when motion is detected, and will also record video covering 15 seconds before the event and 30 seconds after detection. Time lapse recording is recording at a low frame rate (1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 fps) without sound to save space and power. Low bitrate recording, on the other hand, takes care of constant recording at a small file size with sound, which helps save space on the microSD card. Note: HK4 Hardwire Kit is required to use parking modes.

GPS recording and tracking

The A119 Mini 2 provides detailed location, speed and driving time data that can be played in the dedicated VIOFO app or on a computer. To play back the video and view the GPS map in the app, you must first download the recording.

Loop recording and automatic locking of recordings

With the VIOFO video recorder, you can count on continuous loop recording, replacing the oldest recordings with the newest ones. The built-in G-sensor will automatically lock the recording in case of a collision or accident, so you can replay the exact event. No need to worry about accidentally deleting important footage!

How to use

Mount the camera to the windscreen using the supplied bracket with the glued GPS module; the camera can be powered through the bracket. Insert a compatible microSD card (not included) up to 512 GB and connect power via the USB‑C cable. On first use, set date, time and GPS options in the device or companion app, adjust camera angle for a clear front view, and verify that loop recording, motion detection and parking mode are configured to your preference. Use the app over Wi‑Fi or Bluetooth to download footage and change settings as needed.

Recommendations

For reliable recordings, use a high‑endurance microSD card from a reputable brand, format it in the camera before first use, and mount the camera centrally on the windscreen to maximise the 140° field of view. Enable parking mode and motion detection if you need event recording while the vehicle is unattended, and periodically back up important footage via the Wi‑Fi connection to the companion app or to a computer.
