DeLOCK Prensa-cabo 90° angular PG11 cinzento alívio de tensão

The DeLOCK Cable Gland 90° angled PG11 grey strain relief is a right-angled cable entry fitting made of durable grey plastic that provides a watertight seal for cable and conduit lead-throughs. Its compact 90° design is suitable for installations with limited space and supports secure cable routing while protecting connections from dirt and moisture.

Advantages

The angled PG11 cable gland includes a bend protection spiral that provides strain relief to flexible cables, reducing the risk of damage from excessive bending or movement. It is rated IP68 for dust and waterproof performance, offering increased protection in harsh environments. The robust construction makes it suitable for repeated use and provides reliable sealing for enclosures.

Suitable for

• Cable lead-throughs in electrical enclosures
• Routing cables where space is limited or a right-angle entry is required
• Applications in automation, robotics and machinery
• Environments requiring dust and water protection (IP68)

How to use

Drill or prepare a PG11-sized cutout in the enclosure, insert the angled cable gland and tighten according to the enclosure design to achieve the watertight seal. Pass the cable through the gland so that the bend protection spiral surrounds the cable where movement or bending may occur. Ensure the gland is securely fastened and the cable is positioned to avoid sharp bends at the entry point.

Recommendations

Use the cable gland in accordance with enclosure and cable diameter specifications; verify compatibility with PG11 fittings and ensure correct tightening torque to maintain IP68 protection. For dynamic applications, check that the strain relief spiral matches the cable diameter to ensure effective bend protection.
