DeLOCK Woven Sleeve de fecho automático resistente ao calor 5 m x 19 mm amarelo

The DeLOCK Woven Sleeve is a self-closing, heat-resistant cable sleeve designed to protect exposed cables, electrical tubes and wires from dirt, abrasion and heat. Made from continuous polyester fibres (monofilament and multifilament), the sleeve combines enhanced flame resistance with good abrasion protection. It is cuttable to length and measures 5 m in total length with a 19 mm diameter in a yellow finish, suitable for use in temperature ranges from -50 °C to 150 °C.

Advantages

The sleeve closes automatically around cables, allowing cables to be added or removed multiple times without fasteners. Its woven polyester construction provides increased flame resistance and abrasion resistance while remaining flexible. The product can be shortened to the required length using a hot cutting tool to seal the cut edge and prevent fraying.

Suitable for

• Bundling and protecting power, signal and data cables
• Protecting wiring in industrial and automotive environments
• Organising cables in server cabinets and workstations
• Applications requiring heat-resistant and abrasion-resistant sleeving

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• MPN: 20874
• EAN: 4043619208746
• Material: Polyester (monofilament and multifilament)
• Colour: Yellow
• Length: 5 m
• Diameter: 19 mm
• Temperature range: -50 °C to 150 °C

How to use

Slide the sleeve over the cables; the woven construction is self-closing and will conform around the bundle. Add or remove individual cables by opening the sleeve where needed and repositioning the fibres. To achieve a specific length, use a hot cutting tool to cut and seal the sleeve end to prevent fraying.

Recommendations

For best results, measure the required length before cutting and use a suitable hot cutter to seal the ends. Avoid exposing the sleeve to temperatures or chemical environments beyond the specified range.
