Desk End Caps Bachmann 708.000 — tampas de extremidade de substituição para Cycle Set

Bachmann 708.000 desk end caps are replacement end pieces designed specifically for the Cycle Set. These end caps restore the finished edge of a desk opening where the Cycle Set modules are installed, protect the desktop cutout from dust and debris, and help maintain a tidy appearance in office and workstation environments. Supplied as spare parts, they are intended to simplify maintenance and extend the service life of desktop installations by covering exposed edges and preventing ingress into cable and module openings.

Advantages

The end caps provide a precisely shaped cover that matches the Cycle Set profile, enabling quick restoration of a desk opening without the need for cutting or additional finishing. Made to fit the original system, they reduce the risk of damage to the desktop edges and internal components by blocking dust and small particles. They are compact, easy to install and remove for maintenance, and allow continued use of existing Cycle Set modules with minimal alteration to the desk surface.

Suitable for

• Replacing damaged or missing end pieces on desks fitted with the Cycle Set
• Covering unused or temporary cutouts in office desks and meeting tables
• Maintenance and refurbishment of workstations to prevent dust ingress
• Environments where a quick, non-invasive cover solution is needed for cable access points

When it may not be suitable

These end caps are intended specifically for the Bachmann Cycle Set profile and may not fit other brands' grommets, modules or cutouts. If the desk opening has been altered significantly from the original dimensions or if a different finish or cosmetic match is required, these replacement end caps may not provide an exact fit or appearance.

Key specifications

• Function: Replacement end caps for desk openings
• Compatibility: Designed for the Cycle Set system profile
• Use: Covers and protects desktop cutouts to prevent debris ingress
• Installation: Snap-in or press-fit type compatible with the Cycle Set edge geometry
• Application area: Office desks, workstations, meeting tables

How to use

Remove any damaged or dirty remnants from the desk cutout before fitting. Align the Bachmann 708.000 end cap with the Cycle Set opening so that the profile matches the desk edge. Press the cap firmly into place until it engages with the cutout perimeter; the fit should be secure without additional tools. To remove, gently pry from the edge using a flat tool if necessary, taking care not to damage the surrounding desk surface. Regular inspection and cleaning will help maintain the fit and appearance.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm that the desk modules are part of the Bachmann Cycle Set system or match its profile
• Verify the condition and dimensions of the existing cutout to ensure compatibility
• Decide whether a cosmetic match to desktop material or color is required, as these are functional end caps

Recommendations

For best results, clean the cutout area of dust and debris before installation and check the engagement points for wear. Use the end caps as part of regular workstation maintenance to prevent buildup inside cable and module openings and to preserve the desk edge finish.
