Detetor de movimento MACLEAN MCE358 W — sensor de presença PIR, branco

Description: Maclean PIR motion detector, infrared, IP44, white, range 12m, max. load 800/1200W, MCE358 W Wall sensor with twilight sensor and 180° movement sensor Maclean MCE358 W. It is ideal for use in the garden, around the house or terrace, at the gate, passageways, corridors, cellars, warehouses, garages and other places requiring lighting or other equipment to be switched on when motion is detected. The IP44 rating provides resistance against raindrops falling at any angle, from all sides. The sensor has high sensitivity and a very good level of workmanship. The main features are automaticity, energy efficiency and built-in practical functions. The sensor identifies day and night (twilight sensor), switches on and off depending on the appearance of an object in the detection field. Top quality and versatility The main purpose of the presented sensor is the automatic control of lighting, but it is also possible to connect other electrical appliances (e.g. electric heating, air-conditioning, etc.) to it, provided that the energy consumer does not load the switch with more than 1200 W (resistive load) or 300 W (inductive load). Versatile use, to control the lighting of a variety of objects: - facades of residential buildings, courtyards, entrances, gates, garden greenery - car parks - external walls of buildings and other architectural objects - advertising signs and billboards, shop windows - many other objects, also indoors The device can operate both at night and during the day. The TIME knob is used to adjust the lighting time (from approximately 10 seconds to 7 minutes). The LUX knob adjusts the ambient light sensitivity (range from 3 to 2000 LUX). When the ambient light is insufficient and you want the unit to work both day and night, set the knob to the day position (sun icon). When the ambient light is less than 3 LUX, set the knob to the night position (moon icon). | Detector: Motion | Range: 12 | Color: White | Accessories included: Maclean MCE358 W PIR motion sensor User manual in Polish Manufacturer's packaging | Other features: Motion detection angle 180° Adjustable PIR infrared sensor Works with LED lighting Built-in light intensity sensor Possibility to adjust the lighting time and the level of light intensity at which the device starts working (twilight sensor) Operating voltage: 220-240V/50Hz Maximum power: 1200W (resistive load) / 300W (inductive load) Lighting sensitivity adjustment: 3-2000 LUX (adjustable)

How to use

Mount the sensor on a wall or ceiling at a position that provides clear line of sight over the monitored area, avoiding direct exposure to heating sources or air vents that may affect detection. Connect the sensor into the lighting or control circuit following local electrical regulations and the installation instructions supplied with the product. After power-up, verify the detection area by walking through the coverage zone and adjust sensor position as needed to ensure reliable activation and minimal false triggers.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, place the sensor so that typical movement crosses the coverage zone rather than moving directly toward or away from the detector. Avoid mounting near heat sources, fans or reflective surfaces. Regularly check wiring connections and keep the lens free from dust and obstructions to maintain consistent detection performance.
