Tips

To maximize the reach of your KVM setup, use high-quality CAT 5e or CAT 6 cables for connections up to 40 meters. When daisy chaining multiple switches, ensure each unit is assigned a unique address via the OSD to avoid conflicts. For enhanced security, regularly update the console's password and restrict physical access to the rack.
