The 6x write speed balances recording time and compatibility with many compatible Blu-ray burners. The discs use the standard 120 mm optical diameter ensuring mechanical compatibility with standard Blu-ray drives.

Key specifications

• Capacity: 50 GB native
• Write speed: up to 6x
• Disc diameter: 120 mm (standard)

How to use

Insert a MediaRange BD-R MR507 disc into a compatible Blu-ray writer on your computer or standalone burner. Use your preferred burning software to select data, video or image files and choose the appropriate recording format and session finalization options. Verify that the drive supports 6x write speed for optimal performance; if not, the disc will record at a lower supported speed. After burning, allow the disc to finalize before removing it from the drive to ensure compatibility with other players and readers.

Recommendations

Store discs in the supplied cakebox in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Handle discs by the edges to avoid fingerprints on the recording surface and label discs with approved non-solvent markers only after burning. For long-term archiving, consider creating multiple copies or verifying burned data with checksum tools to ensure integrity.
