• Rust and corrosion cleanup on metal parts
• Edge and profile sanding on doors, moldings and panels
• General surface preparation for repainting or bonding

Key specifications

• Disc diameter: 125 mm
• Quantity: 1 piece
• Shape: circular abrasive disc
• Intended materials: wood, metal, painted surfaces
• Compatibility: for rotary or orbital sanders that accept 125 mm discs

How to use

Ensure the sander is powered off and follow the tool manufacturer's instructions to attach the 125 mm sanding disc securely to the backing pad or hook-and-loop interface. Start sanding at low pressure to verify compatibility with the surface and gradually increase pressure if required; maintain even, overlapping passes to avoid gouging. Replace the disc when abrasive performance declines or when the disc shows visible wear. Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, dust mask and hearing protection during operation.

Recommendations

For best results, select a disc grit that matches the task: coarser grits for heavy material removal and rust or paint stripping, finer grits for smoothing and finishing prior to painting. Keep the sanding area clean and change discs promptly when load or clogging reduces efficiency.
