Disco de lixar Flex 260234

The Flex 260234 Universal Sanding Disc is a 22.5 cm abrasive disc supplied in a pack of 25 pieces and designed for use with compatible Flex sanding tools. It is intended for sanding fully-filled surfaces, removing filler burrs and evening out irregularities on filler layers applied to drywall and plasterboard. The disc's size and abrasive surface make it suitable for broad-area sanding as well as localized smoothing tasks during renovation, finishing and preparation work.

Advantages

The sanding disc offers consistent abrasive performance across each piece in the pack, allowing uniform material removal and surface leveling. Its 22.5 cm diameter delivers an efficient working area that reduces the number of passes required, while the pack quantity ensures continuity of work without frequent replacement. Compatibility with Flex tools guarantees secure mounting and correct run-out behavior for stable sanding.

How to use

Attach the disc to a compatible Flex sanding tool according to the tool manufacturer's mounting instructions, ensuring the disc is centered and secure before switching the tool on. Begin sanding using light to moderate pressure and move the tool in overlapping passes to achieve an even finish. Check progress frequently and replace discs from the pack when abrasive performance declines to maintain consistent results.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as dust masks, eye protection and hearing protection. For best results on heavily filled areas, start with a coarser grit (if available) and finish with a finer abrasive disc to achieve a smooth surface prior to priming or painting.
