How to use

Ensure the power tool is disconnected from power before installing the blade. Check that the saw accepts a 16.5 cm blade with a 2 cm arbor and that the blade's rotation direction matches the tool's direction. Mount the blade securely according to the tool manufacturer's instructions, tighten the arbor nut to the specified torque, and confirm blade runout is within acceptable limits. When cutting, select an appropriate feed rate and blade speed for the wood species and thickness to minimize tear-out and achieve the desired finish. Wear appropriate eye and hearing protection and follow all safety procedures of your power tool.

Recommendations

Use the blade for wood only and avoid cutting metal, masonry, or other materials not intended for this tooth design. Regularly inspect the blade for damage or dulling, and replace it when cutting performance degrades or when teeth are chipped. Keep the blade clean and free of pitch buildup to maintain cutting quality.
