The j5create JCD392 4K60 Elite USB-C Travel Dock is a compact wired docking solution that provides a full range of ports for work and travel. It uses an advanced USB-C E‑Mark controller for compatibility with USB4, Thunderbolt 3 and Thunderbolt 4 hosts and supports DisplayPort 1.4 to drive a 4K 60Hz HDMI display. The dock also offers Gigabit Ethernet and three SuperSpeed 10 Gbps USB ports (one USB‑C and two USB‑A), with the USB‑C port supporting up to 100W power pass‑through when a power adapter is connected.

The dock is plug‑and‑play with hosts that support the listed standards; check your device’s compatibility with USB4/Thunderbolt and DisplayPort Alt Mode if necessary.

Recommendations

For stable 4K@60Hz video and full bandwidth on USB and Ethernet, use a host device that supports DisplayPort 1.4 over USB‑C or Thunderbolt, and connect a 100W (or appropriate) USB‑C power adapter when charging or powering multiple peripherals.
