How to use

Open the ring mechanism and insert punched A3 papers evenly onto the rings, then close the mechanism until it is secure. Place filled binder on a shelf or in a storage unit with the spine visible for quick identification. To prevent edge wear on stored documents, align sheets before closing and avoid overfilling beyond the ring capacity.

Recommendations

Use A3 hole-punched sheets or A4 sheets placed in A3 sleeves to ensure proper fit. Store the binder in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to maintain the carton cover and printed materials. For frequent handling, consider reinforcing document edges with reinforcements or using protective sleeves to extend document lifespan.
