How to use

Place A4 sheets and punched documents onto the rings and close the mechanism to secure papers in place. The binder can be positioned upright on a shelf using the spine dimensions provided or laid flat for storage. For best results when adding or removing large numbers of pages, open the rings fully, arrange pages evenly, then close firmly to avoid misalignment. Use label inserts or spine labels to identify contents for quick retrieval.

Recommendations

Store the binder in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to preserve the polypropylene cover and cardboard core. Avoid overfilling beyond the 52 mm spine capacity to maintain ring alignment and closure performance. For long-term archiving, use acid-free sheet protectors or dividers to further protect important documents.
