How to use

Open the metal ring mechanism and insert punched A4 sheets or dividers aligned with the rings. Close the rings until they click to secure pages in place. For thicker documents, distribute content across multiple binders or use dividers to separate sections. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth for routine cleaning; avoid abrasive cleaners that may scratch the polypropylene surface. Store vertically on shelves or in cabinets to maintain shape and prevent warping.

Recommendations

Use hole reinforcements for frequently handled pages to extend lifespan, and apply colour-coding by choosing this yellow binder alongside other colours to simplify quick identification of subjects or departments.
