The Elite Screens M128UWX is a manual projection screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio and a 128" diagonal, providing a viewable surface of 276 cm width by 172.3 cm height. Its overall housing measures 283.3 x 189.9 cm and the unit weighs 13.1 kg. The screen material delivers a uniform viewing surface suitable for wide-format content, and the manual pull-down mechanism allows straightforward installation and retraction without electrical supply.

Advantages

The manual design ensures reliable, low-maintenance operation and easy control of screen position. The 16:10 format is optimized for widescreen computer presentations and cinematic content, reducing letterboxing for compatible sources. The robust casing protects the screen material when retracted and includes mounting points for secure wall or ceiling installation. Lightweight construction relative to its size simplifies handling during installation.

Suitable for

• Conference and meeting rooms where widescreen computer presentations are required
• Home cinema setups using 16:10 or widescreen sources
• Training rooms and classrooms with projector-based instruction
• Portable or semi-permanent installations where a manual screen is preferred

Key specifications

• Viewable area: 276 cm × 172.3 cm
• Aspect ratio: 16:10
• Diagonal size: 128"
• Overall housing dimensions (H × W): 189.9 cm × 283.3 cm

How to use

Mount the screen housing securely to a wall or ceiling using appropriate hardware for the mounting surface and load. Pull the screen down to the desired viewing height and engage the locking position to hold the fabric in place. Retract the screen by gently releasing the lock and allowing the material to roll back into the casing. Clean the viewing surface with a soft, dry cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the projector is aligned with the screen center and adjust projector keystone and zoom to fill the viewable area for optimal image geometry.

Recommendations

For best image quality, position ambient light sources to minimize reflections on the screen surface and set projector brightness and contrast according to room lighting. Use wall or ceiling anchors rated for at least the weight of the unit plus a safety margin. Periodically inspect mounting hardware and the screen fabric for wear, and store the screen retracted when not in use to protect the viewing surface.
