Enrolador de mangueira de ar AS Schwabe 12613, montagem na parede, pressão nominal 12 bar, modelo 12613

The AS Schwabe 12613 wall-mounted air hose reel is designed for fixed compressed air installations where secure, space-saving hose storage is required. Built for workshop and industrial use, the reel accepts a compressed air hose and allows controlled rewinding and stowage on a wall bracket. The unit supports system pressures up to 12 bar and helps maintain a tidy workspace by reducing hose tangles and floor clutter.

Advantages

This wall-mounted reel provides stable, permanent hose storage that protects the hose from abrasion and mechanical damage while keeping it accessible. Its construction is suitable for continuous use in busy garages and service areas and reduces the risk of tripping and accidental tool pull caused by loose hoses. The reel's design facilitates orderly rewinding and reliable hose guidance, contributing to longer hose life and easier maintenance.

Key specifications

How to use

Install the reel on a solid wall surface using appropriate anchors and fasteners rated for the installation load. Connect the compressed air supply to the reel inlet following local pneumatic installation practices and ensure all fittings are tightened and leak-free. Pull out the required length of hose for the task and lock or hold it as needed; then return the hose to the reel by rewinding it slowly to avoid kinking. Perform visual checks of the hose and reel mounting before each use and ensure pressure does not exceed the rated 12 bar.

Recommendations

Use hoses and fittings matched to the reel's pressure rating and intended airflow. Protect the reel from prolonged exposure to corrosive chemicals or direct outdoor weather unless the installation and materials are specified for such conditions. Regularly inspect hose condition, swivel joints and wall fastenings, and replace worn hoses to maintain safe, reliable operation.
