Escova de passagem de cabos 12 polegadas 1HE DELOCK caixa metálica cinzento-escuro para gestão de cabos em rack

DELOCK 12" (305 mm) brush strip in a 1U metal housing with dark grey finish is designed for tidy cable management in standard 19" server cabinets and network racks. The panel provides an opening with integrated nylon bristles that permit cables to pass while concealing internal cable routing and maintaining an orderly appearance. The brush strip reduces dust ingress and helps to preserve airflow paths within the rack.

Advantages

The metal housing ensures stable mounting and long-term mechanical protection at the rack front. Nylon brush filaments form a flexible seal around cable bundles to limit the entry of dust and dirt while allowing single or multiple cables to be routed without sharp edges or abrasion. Its 1U height and 12" (305 mm) width match standard rack dimensions for straightforward installation.

Suitable for

• Server cabinets and network racks with 19" mounting
• Rack-mounted patch panels and cable entry/exit points
• IT rooms and data centers requiring organized cable routing
• Environments where dust reduction and preserved airflow are needed

Key specifications

• Panel width: 12" (305 mm)
• Mounting height: 1U
• Housing material: metal
• Brush material: nylon bristles
• Colour: dark grey
• Quantity in pack: 1 piece

How to use

Mount the brush strip into a vacant 1U space in a standard 19" rack using the front mounting holes and appropriate rack screws. Route cables through the brush opening from front to rear or vice versa; the nylon bristles will flex around the cables to hold them and reduce visible clutter. Ensure cables are not overly tensioned at the entry point and that the brush panel is secured flat against the rack frame to maintain airflow and dust protection.

Recommendations

For best results, combine the brush strip with proper cable ties or cable management arms to relieve strain on connectors and maintain clear airflow paths. Regularly inspect and, if necessary, clean the brush filaments to remove accumulated dust. Avoid forcing large, rigid cable bundles through the brush; route thicker cables through a suitable grommeted opening if needed.
