Espátula para pasta térmica Thermal Grizzly — cinzento, ferramenta de aplicação para distribuição de pasta

Thermal Grizzly Spatula is a grey applicator tool designed for precise spreading and smoothing of thermal paste on CPU, GPU and heatsink surfaces. The compact flat-edge design enables application of even, thin layers and controlled distribution of compound to improve thermal interface contact during repasting, assembly or maintenance of cooling systems.

Advantages

The spatula offers a narrow, flat edge for accurate control over paste thickness and placement, reducing excess material and mess. Its compact size and rigid profile allow consistent spreading across small to medium surfaces. The neutral grey colour provides visible contrast with most compounds, while the simple shape is easy to clean and reuse for multiple repasting tasks.

Suitable for

• Applying and spreading thermal paste on CPUs and GPUs
• Even distribution of compound on heatsinks and cold plates
• DIY PC assembly and periodic maintenance
• Repair shops and technicians performing repasting and component cooling work

Key specifications

• Colour: Grey
• Form factor: Flat-edge spatula for thin, even layers
• Material properties: Rigid edge suitable for smoothing pastes and compounds
• Intended use: Manual application and distribution of thermal interface materials
• Compatibility: Works with standard thermal pastes used on CPUs, GPUs and heatsinks

How to use

Apply a small amount of thermal paste to the centre of the processor or heat source, then use the flat edge of the Thermal Grizzly Spatula to spread the compound evenly across the surface in a thin layer. Move the spatula with steady, light pressure in a single pass or short overlapping strokes until the surface is covered with a uniform film. After spreading, inspect the layer to ensure there are no gaps, excess ridges or trapped air.

Recommendations

Clean both mating surfaces before application using an appropriate solvent and lint-free cloth. Use only a thin, continuous layer of thermal paste for optimal thermal transfer; excessive compound can reduce performance. Rinse the spatula with isopropyl alcohol after use and store it in a dry place to maintain edge integrity.
